I too have been diagnosed as coeliac and I too find it very difficult to find gluten free food especially when you are on the road. Congratulations on your kitchen and I hope it all hoes extremely well for you. We will definitely popping in for a muffin or two on our next trip through Kyneton. Now if you could just get a caravan park set up in Kyneton that would be awesome. Good luck with it all.
